AdvisorOS Terms of Use
AdvisorOS is advisor workflow and client discussion-support software. It does not provide automatic financial advice, product recommendation, tax advice, legal advice or medical advice.
Permitted use
AdvisorOS may be used to manage leads, appointments, client profile workflow, fact-find notes, follow-up discipline, product-library notes, calculator cases, visualizers, client-safe snapshots and meeting preparation.
User responsibility
Users remain responsible for their own licensing, company policy, compliance, suitability, disclosure, documentation, data-protection and record-keeping obligations. AdvisorOS does not approve, recommend or replace official advice documents.
Calculator and visualizer outputs
Calculator and visualizer outputs are discussion-support estimates based on editable assumptions. Users must verify all figures against official documents, product illustrations, CPF statements, affordability checks, risk disclosures and approved company materials before relying on them.
Restricted data
Users must not store NRIC/FIN, passport numbers, full residential addresses, bank account numbers, medical records, claim documents, official application forms, passwords, or unnecessary sensitive personal data in AdvisorOS.
Account security
Each advisor must use their own account. Account sharing is not allowed. AdvisorOS may use session controls, audit logs and admin-visible security alerts to protect the workspace.
Organization administration
Organizations are responsible for approving users, removing suspended users, checking audit logs, managing retention/deletion requests, and ensuring AdvisorOS is used only as a supplementary workflow system.
